Air Travel

The participants are asked to make their own travel arrangements, as early as possible, keeping in mind that Boston is a popular tourist destination. We ask the foreign participants to fly a US-flag carrier or partner airline in order to be reimbursed by the NSF.

Accommodation

We will book hotel rooms for the speakers. We kindly ask all other participants to make their own travel arrangements.
