Noodle Cups Links
Corporate Websites -- Noodle Producers and Wholesalers
- MAMA Noodles
MAMA is an American importer, but their source is Thai. This site has
more information about the noodles than the manufacturer probably
has.
- Maruchan
Entirely in Japanese, so probably of little use to the casual visitor.
- Mawai
Mawai's site has little nutritional information, but a great deal of
amusing hype about their noodles' ostensible superior qualities.
- Namchow/Mee-Jang
The Namchow conglomeration, a Taiwanese/Thai cooperative effort,
produces the Mee-Jang line. SInce the Namchow group is actually more a
business than a culinary artifact, their site reflects that attitude.
- Nong Shim International
This site is in English, and is also available in Korean, Japanese,
and Chinese.
- Nong Shim USA
This site features mildly mangled but generally intelligible English,
and fairly detailed facts on the soups.
- Paldo
This site features some Korean, but is surprisingly navigable and in
largely readable English. They have a lot of information on their
soups.
- Pot
Noodle
This site puts the "pot" back in "Pot Noodle". If you hunt down any
factual information about the soup, you can have a cookie.
Corporate Websites -- Noodle Retailers
- Ramen City
If you're going to shop online for Ramen, you might as well do it at a
dedicated outlet.
- Ramen Depot
They've got more selection and less conceit than Ramen City.
