Siamese Rule Here
Two cuddly lap-tops who purr
pianissimo as they groom their fur.
The pongee coats, the points of seal;
the thoughtful, brilliant sapphire gaze,
the languorous stretch, the yawn, the laze,
all heritage of royal days.
Now, swiftly, with a dancer's grace,
leaping in a cat ballet,
they pirouette and paw de deux,
two saucy tails wave adieu.
Computer savvy, they know where
a magic mouse sits on its pad,
fair game for this intrepid pair.
("No, No! Xiao Bai! Lan lan! Bad! Bad!)
Easing into narrow spaces
under beds and secret places,
mischief on their angel faces,
each nose a-twitch.
Now, which is which?
Out peeks an eye.
"Lan Lan? Or could it be Xiao Bai?"
