Tenth Algorithmic Number Theory Symposium (ANTS-X)
July 9 – 13, 2012

The ANTS meetings, held biannually since 1994, are the premier international forum for new research in computational number theory. They are devoted to algorithmic aspects of number theory, including elementary number theory, algebraic number theory, analytic number theory, geometry of numbers, arithmetic algebraic geometry, finite fields, and cryptography.

The 10th ANTS meeting will be held July 9-13, 2012 at the University of California, San Diego.

The list of accepted papers has been updated with links to the abstracts and full papers.

We have created a ride board to help participants get from the airport to their hotels. See this spreadsheet for the responses so far and this form to add your information. (If you fill out the form, you will receive a link for the editable version of the spreadsheet; this will allow you to edit your response or sort all responses by arrival date/time.)

A preliminary schedule has been posted. It does not yet include the contributed talks; these will be added later.

Funding is still available for students and postdocs; you may apply by registering in the appropriate category. Apply by May 18 to ensure full consideration. See the registration page for more information. Also, don't forget to check out the call for posters.

The conference poster is now available for download in letter, A4, and 11x17 sizes. Thanks to Isabella Furth for the design.

About the program

As at previous ANTS conferences, the program will include several invited addresses, a greater number of contributed lectures, a poster session, a rump session, and a conference banquet. There will be a proceedings volume published by Mathematical Sciences Publishers. The Selfridge Prize will be awarded to the best paper presented at ANTS as judged by the program committee; the prize carries a $500 cash award funded by the Number Theory Foundation.
