Teaching Statement
During Fall 2010, I was an instructor for Math 10C (Multivariable Calculus).
During Summer I 2010, I was the instructor for Math 20D (Differential Equations).
In previous quarters, I have TAed for a variety of classes (see below). Beginning in Spring 2008, UCSD provided an online teaching evaluation program for graduate student TAs. For each class listed below, I have included my complete teaching evaluation (the good, the bad, and the grammatically questionable), as I believe one of the best ways to learn about me as a teacher is to ask my students. For convenience, I have summarized the statistical data here.
- Fall 2007: Math 10A — Differential Calculus
- Winter 2008: Math 10B — Integral Calculus
- Spring 2008: Math 20F — Linear Algebra (evaluations)
- Fall 2008: Math 20F — Linear Algebra (evaluations)
- Winter 2009: Math 183 — Statistical Methods (evaluations)
- Spring 2009: Math 10C — Multivariable Calculus(evaluations)
- Winter 2010: Math 20F — Linear Algebra (evaluations)
- Winter 2010: Math 20D — Differential Equations (evaluations)
- Spring 2010: Math 142B — Advanced Calculus (evaluations)
- Winter 2011: Math 109 — Mathematical Reasoning (evaluations)
- Winter 2011: Math 20B — Integral Calculus (for Science and Engineering) (evaluations)
- Spring 2022: Math 102 — Applied Linear Algebra
