If the user specifies four values, I₁, I₂, I₃, I₄, then I₁ is the iterations for NCMakeGB, I₂ is the iterations for NCMakeGB on the digesteds, I₃ is the iterations for SmallBasis, and I₄ is the iterations for the knowns in SmallBasis.
