Accommodations  

The deadline to reserve a room at the Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites, Old Town at a conference rate of $87 plus tax (currently 10.5%) per night (single or double occupancy) has passed.  However, the Holiday Inn is still taking reservations on an individual basis. To make a reservation call the hotel directly at (800) 255-3544  or (619) 260-8500, and mention this conference.  A first night's deposit is required, and any cancellations must be made more than 48 hours ahead of your arrival.  The Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites provides complimentary van service to/from San Diego airport or the Amtrak station in downtown San Diego, available between 7 am and 10 pm.  Phone the hotel upon arrival for pick-up.  The Holiday Inn provides free parking for guests arriving by car. We regret to inform you that the Western Inn - Old Town, a more economical option for the budget-minded, is now sold out for the conference dates. You may check with the hotel directly at (888) 475-2353 or (619) 298-6888 (ask for Nita and mention this conference) to see if there have been any cancellations.
