Banquet & Meeting Times

The conference banquet will be held the first evening (Saturday, December 16) at the Hahn University Center on the USD campus from 6:30 - 9:30 pm. The menu features Aegean Chicken, Sole Florentine, or a vegetarian dish (Portabella mushrooms stuffed with feta and herb), with dessert, at a cost of $23 per meal. Premium white wine from Napa/Sonoma Valley will be served to complement the meal, along with a non-alcoholic beverage of choice. Advance purchase of banquet tickets is required (except for attendees from abroad) since we will not be able to make adjustments the day of the banquet.

At the conclusion of the banquet, you will be asked to provide the title of any talk you wish to contribute for the academic sessions, along with any time and date preferences you may have. If you plan to give a talk and already know its title, please indicate so on the registration form. Talks should be brief, 10 - 12 minutes or so.
