Education: Prof. Miller earned his PhD in Physics from MIT in 2020. 

Research: Prof. Miller specializes in nonlinear dynamics as applied to problems arising from biology. 

Teaching: Prof. Miller will teach advanced courses on numerical methods.

Prior to UC San Diego: Prof. Miller was a Flatiron Research Fellow at the Center for Computational Biology at the Flatiron Institute from 2020 to 2024.
