Education: Dr. Ohm earned her Ph.D. in Mathematics from the University of 
Iowa, in 2010.  

Research: Dr. Ohm works in partial differential equations.  She studies 
the regularity of elliptic and parabolic differential equations and 
their applications.  

Teaching: Dr. Ohm will teach classes in all areas of mathematics and she will 
focus on the development of calculus and pre-calculus courses. 

Prior to UC San Diego: Dr. Ohm was a lecturer at the University of
Texas at Austin until 2016.
